UCLA Business & Financial Solutions (BFS) E-learning Course Enrollment

UCLA Business & Financial Solutions provides e-learning courses in UC policies related to financial matters and financial systems used across campus. Faculty and Staff with financial responsibilities may enroll in an e-learning course by entering a valid, 9-digit University ID number.

How to Enroll

1. Click ‘Enroll’ in the left navigation.
2. Select your desired e-learning course.
3. Enter your UID, and click ‘Verify Information’. Your name, email address and department number will automatically populate in the next screen. Please verify that your information is accurate.
4. Finally, click ‘Send Enrollment Request’. Your request is then submitted to BFS and, upon approval, you will receive course invitation email from UCLA BFS Training.
